MN PERMIT REGISTRATION

The Minnesota Permit to Carry Class is for Minnesota residents who want the ability to possess a firearm for personal protection, to carry a firearm in public as well as those needing to renew their MN permits! This class will cover the basic safety principals and laws regarding the Minnesota Personal Protection Act to safely and responsibly carry a firearm.

As of April 21, 2025, people between the ages of 18 and 20 years old are now eligible to apply for a Minnesota firearms carry permit.

Following classroom instruction there is a live fire exercise where each student shoots 16 rounds at 8.5 X 11 inch target from 15 feet away. Both the classroom instruction and live fire exercise are completed on the same day.

The Classroom Instruction will be hosted at:

(in the sanctuary of Crossroads Christian Fellowship)

Class begins at 10:00 am and is 3-4 hours long, live fire follows

The Live Fire exercise (after the class) will be held at:

West Fargo, ND 58078

There is a $20 Shooting Fee payable before shooting.
All shooters must complete the RRR Waiver of Liability.
You can do the waiver from your own computer.

You do need to provide your own firearm and ammunition, those are not provided. Ammunition in 9mm and 22lr is available for sale at the Range.

Registration and payments are required before any course so that materials can be secured. 
Attendance is the responsibility of the Student and does not guarantee passing the course. Tuition is not refundable.

FLORIDA Concealed Weapon License

After receiving your Minnesota Permit you want to apply for the Florida Concealed Weapon License to increase your reciprocal rights for additional states you can apply for the Florida license using the link below

You can apply Online or through the Mail. This is not a part of the Minnesota Permit class. This is done independently by the applicant.
